10,000 Brains Participates in Panel at World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland

On January 22, 2025, The 10,000 Brains CEO Patrick Brannelly participated in a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, for the launch of The Davos Alzheimer’s Collaborative (DAC) Brain House. The panel session was titled “Brain Resilience Strategies that Address Emerging Global Challenges.”

The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting is an annual meeting that brings together global leaders from business, government, and civil society to drive public-private cooperation and address the world’s most pressing challenges.  Initially conceptualized at the World Economic Forum in 2019 and co-led by the World Economic Forum and The Global CEO Initiative on Alzheimer’s Disease, the Davos Alzheimer’s Collaborative is a global initiative that seeks to invest over $700 million to accelerate innovation in drug development and transform the way healthcare systems diagnose and treat Alzheimer’s disease.

As part of the 2025 World Economic Forum meeting, the Davos Alzheimer’s Collaborative launched the DAC Brain House, a dynamic hub spotlighting innovation and collaboration in brain health. The featured panel, “Brain Resilience Strategies that Address Emerging Global Challenges,” explored actionable strategies that strengthen brain resilience amid rising global stressors—from aging populations to climate change and geopolitical instability. The session underscored the need to integrate brain health into global resilience planning and highlighted the critical role of cross-sector partnerships in building a more cognitively resilient future.
